This section is a collection of carefully chosen samples of traditional apparels and fabrics representing different weaving traditions of different parts of Bengal, such as Shawl, Scarves, fabrics, made of the threads spun in hand-driven spinning wheels of the Gandhi Asram, Noakhali; silk Shari, Punjabi and Fatua from Rajshahi; handloom sharis of Tangail; embroidered quilts of Jessore and Jamalpur; Lungi and Gamchha from Shahzadpur and Sirajganj; Khadi fabric from Chandina, Comilla; Jamdani sharis of Narayanganj, Manipuri sharis and bedspreads of Sylhet; Thami, Pinon, wangklai etc. from the Chittagong Hill-tracts; Shatranji and Dastarkhanas of Rangpur and many more.
